Ginger Page was my agent for purchasing my house in Oregon from California. I started out with a different agent and we didn't click and she wasn't listening to my needs. My agents in CA had a person in mind for me. They contacted Ginger on my behalf. The moment I spoke to Ginget on the phone it was instant connection. The first phone call wasn't instantly about what kind of house I wanted. She wanted to know about me, my family and my situation, you know to get to know us. She also told me about herself. It was very comforting to know she was actually there for me. We eventually got into what I was looking for and what kind of house I needed. She was in constant contact with me with houses and questions and the same from me. I was able to ask her questions, concerns, curiosity through email, text, phone call. If she was with a client she would let me know and get back with me in a timely manner. Since I was in CA, my mom and stepfather were my eyes and ears and Ginger was very welcoming to that. We got them in touch with Ginger as well and they also clicked. When they met her, my mom said she is awesome. We all communicated to have Ginger set up appointments to see houses and they would go and either take pics, take videos or even a live chat to do a walk through. Sometimes I was unavailable for all but Ginger would take videos on her own room by room explaining in detail about the house. We went through several houses and none were the right fit for us. Ginget never forced me into any house I wasn't interested in. She did though let me know that this may not be the right house for you in explanation. I would agree. There was a house I was looking at and very interested in, but I wanted to see more. Ginger did warn me that this one wouldn't be on the market too much longer and guess what?, it wasn't. That house was out and now scrambling to find a home, 2 popped up on Gingers radar and my mom and stepfather went to go see them. Both were nice, but one is better suited for me and that is the house I purchased. Ginger is always on top of things, making sure everything was in order, she was working with my agents as well in CA for a smooth transition for me.
